The conference will move beyond the meeting room. Attendees will experience different hospitality and food hall environments together, turning Boulder and the surrounding area into part of the program.

Main Conference — Rembrandt Yard, Boulder: a 6,500-square-foot downtown art gallery and event space with views of the Flatirons. Opening Night — The Golden Mill, Golden: a restored historic flour and feed mill turned five-concept food hall, with two self-pour tap walls and creekside and rooftop patios. Day Two Lunch — Rosetta Hall, Boulder: a Walnut Street food hall where every kitchen is operated in-house, with a seasonal rooftop looking out at the mountains.
