Jeremy Barker

Jeremy Barker is the Principal and Chief Executive Officer of the South Florida based FIRETEN Hospitality (F10). Barker and his business partner founded FIRETEN Hospitality in 2021 after spending several years working together, within the hospitality industry, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities to perfect the food hall model. FIRETEN today is one of the most premier food hall development, management, and consulting firms in the country with projects nationwide. Jeremy is also the Principal and Co-Founder of HIVE Hospitality Group. Jeremy has over 20 years of experience within all facets of the hospitality industry including food halls, bar operations, full-service restaurants, night clubs, resorts, country clubs, and casinos. Jeremy’s career-long focus on finance and accounting bring a deep understanding on driving the bottom line and offers a unique approach to the operations side of each project. Prior to founding FIRETEN, Jeremy held several executive level finance positions. Most recently he was instrumental in helping create and launch David Grutman’s Groot Hospitality where he acted as the Director of Finance. During his tenure with Groot, he opened several, award winning, Miami based restaurants including Komodo, Swan and Papi Steak. He was also responsible for and managed all things finance related for Grutman’s famous nightclub LIV. Jeremy has held positions within the Trump Organization; Director of Finance for President Trump’s Florida estate, Mar-a-Lago, as well as Trump International Golf Club(s).
