Nick Freshman is the founder and driving force behind Mothersauce Partners, a hospitality ecosystem and consulting firm that supports food and beverage entrepreneurs with capital, strategy, and operational expertise. With more than two decades of experience across virtually every facet of the restaurant and hospitality industry, Nick has led successful franchise operations, independent restaurants, and high-volume bars, and now helps others turn concepts into thriving businesses. A lifelong food and drink enthusiast, he combines deep operational knowledge with a passion for mentorship, innovation, and community building, often drawing on his background as a college athlete to shape teams and culture. Beyond consulting, he’s been involved in launching his own namesake ventures and works to expand hospitality opportunities globally.
